Competitive Carriers Association has asserted, in a congressionally mandated report on the state of the market, that the wireless market remains far from competitive. In a filing with the Federal Communications Commission, CCA wrote that competition and competitive expansion are hampered by regulatory barriers and the dominance of the two major carriers.
